The Launch of Flint & Fire

On the 24th of June, we hosted the launch of Flint & Fire at the Camfield. Flint & Fire a brand under The Food Guys is a new craft meat range made with 100% Australian Meat - supporting Australian Farmers and Producers. We invited a whole heap of people from the foodservice industry and fed them chips, burgers and beer. The night was a great success, with everyone having a lot of fun trying out all the different types of burgers being cooked up right in front of them by the amazing chefs of The Camfield.

Hosting the Event at The Camfield

We hosted the event at The Camfield and it was a fantastic decision. We got the grazing table option for our event and they served us the most beautiful and professional table of cheese and charcuterie. NOTE: These pictures were taken when the table wasn't close to being finished and it was already looking delicious.

The staff at The Camfield were extremely helpful and we couldn't be happier with their service and leadership. It was our first time doing an event like this so their experience was much appreciated.

The burgers were the main attraction of the night so we really wanted them to be a focal point of the night. We were lucky enough that The Camfield had a 'hotdog cart' for hire and we were able to sit it down right at the entrance to the room, letting people go outside and watch the amazing chefs cook the burgers with expertise and flair.

Here are some more pictures of the night, we hope we get the chance to do more in the future!
